Mallyan Spout Hotel, Goathland

The Mallyan Spout Hotel is Goathland's grandest address, an ivy-clad Victorian hotel at the western end of the village where the path drops to the waterfall. It has a restaurant, a bar open to non-residents and gardens with views across the valley; the walk to Mallyan Spout and on to Beck Hole starts beside it.
