Station Tavern, Grosmont

The Station Tavern is exactly where its name suggests, across the road from Grosmont station, with a garden from which you can watch the North Yorkshire Moors Railway's engines come and go. It is a friendly, unfussy village pub serving food and local ales, ideal at the end of the Rail Trail from Goathland or before the train home.
