The annual pilgrimage in honour of Blessed Nicholas Postgate, the martyr priest of the moors, at Egton Bridge.

Each summer, pilgrims from across the north gather at Egton Bridge to remember Nicholas Postgate, the priest born in the village who served the Catholic families of the moors in secret for decades and was executed at York in 1679. The rally alternates between Egton Bridge and Ugthorpe, with an open-air Mass, a procession and refreshments.
