Downe Arms, Castleton

The Downe Arms is on the high street at the top of Castleton, a traditional stone pub serving food and local beer with bedrooms upstairs. It is the natural base for the moorland roads and tracks south over Castleton Rigg to Ralph Cross and Blakey Ridge.
